Over the years I've bought a number of items over the web. Charles is truly one of the best. He's extremely courteous, the gear is as he describes, he ships promptly, and it's extremely well-packed. On top of everything, Charles is also a great human being. That may not make a difference to the gear, but it sure makes you feel a lot better after you've parted with your money and are waiting for the gear to arrive. Charles is such a great guy he actually started searching the web for another lens I needed and was offering to facillitate the buy and include it with the other items he was sending me. Amazing!
