Frank agreed to purchased my mkII on 11/06/05. On 11/07 he sent a priority postal money order because I didn't have paypal. It arrived two days later without a hitch. Sam was an excellent guy to deal with, great communication every step of the way. always updating me on the status of shipment with the tracking number and so on. Very personable, telling me of his trip with his wife to the Tetons. Packaged well and in perfect condition, battery was fully charged. Even left the shots from his trip on the hard drive, sharing some excellent shots, which I thoroughly enjoyed viewing. A really great product, THANKS for everything Sam.

Tom was just way cool. He was almost giving this away to anyone that showed interest. I not only showed interest but tried to help him through fixing the problem he was having with it, so he didn't have to sell it. Turned out, his mind was already set in selling it and thought I was a good candidate. So I scooped it up and made it mine. Tom not only sent a set of new print cartridges, but threw in some quality 4x6 and 8.5x11 glossy photo paper, as if the deal wasn't sweet enough. After shipping the printer, Tom came across the plastic paper try, sales invoice dated 8-7-05 and blank registration card, which he shipped seperately. Tom is definetely a top notch guy.....THANKS Tom !!!

What a transaction!! Bob sent pics of the lens and when the lens arrived, the pics had not done it justice - JUST BEAUTIFUL!
He shipped the lens across country and even though I paid for ground shipping, he took it on his own to send it express - had it in two days, from CA to FL.
