Bill (Elan Remford) went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was satisfied. He shipped the item exactly when he said he would, via priority mail. The postal service delayed the shipment (it took 11 days to go from New Jersey to NY), and when I contacted Bill he immediately sent another identical item with the understanding that I'd send back the second if the first ever arrived. Throughout this exchange, his email responses were prompt and kind.

Jia packaged the lens carefully and it is just as advertised; a very nice wide angle for the 1.6 crop body. Jia even shipped Express Mail so I could receive it today. Yes, I know it's a US holiday but I still got it today.
