Wow! What a great guy. John shipped out my 1DmkII right away. Packed it great, insured it, and sent it by USPS priority mail. I had it (cross country) in 2 days. Camera was missing the eye cup and John is sending me a check to pay for a replacement.
John was terrific to deal with. He emailed me daily, sent me info and tips, and followed thru to make sure I got the camera and that I was happy with it.
By far, one the best persons I have ever dealt with. Very highly recommended.
Both items arrived as advertised and in very nice condition. Lisa disclosed a little blemish on the pack but no biggie; doesn't affect it's use one bit. Lisa even enclosed a nice little surprise. The lens is very sharp and my wife fell in love with it first thing. It will be her walk around lens on her XT.
