I sold Charles two BP-511A batteries and although delivery of the package got delayed by a UPS foulup Charles was very understanding. I could not imagine a nicer person to do buisness with here at FM. Charles is a true class act!!

COMMENTS: i purchased a 77mm CP filter from Tuan and the transaction could not have been better. not only did it arrive in the condition as described, but a filter holder was included along with it. once agian another easy & flawless transaction with a great FM member.
