I bought a lens hood from Tom and it arrived in perfect condition.
Tom wasn't satisified with the amount of time it took for him get to the post office so he refunded me a portion of the price plus he sent the lens via priority mail. I hadn't contacted him because I didn't consider it that long of a wait....but it was longer than the high standards he holds himself to. I would say that's over and above what most sellers would do!
