Jake is a real stand up guy. Good price, good communication, and when it started to look like the ballhead might be lost in the mail, he promised a full refund without waiting to collect on the insurance. Fortunately, it arrived 2 days later, so that wasn't necessary, but if it hadn't, I have no doubt that he would have followed through.
'LosdaBear' bought a high-end Canon L lens from me. He paid with USPS MO and shipped his payment via priority mail. He communicated extremely well with me throughout the transaction. I would not hesitate to deal with him again.
