I purchased a Zeiss 21 from Keng, and everything went very smoothly. His communication was thorough and prompt throughout the transaction. He packed the lens well, and shipped promptly. Overall, it was a great transaction, and I'd happily buy other lenses from Keng in the future.

Roger just did a infrared conversion for me on a D-30 and I cannot be any happier. Roger is outstanding with communications, he answers email almost immediately. the camera was returned in as good a shape as i sent it. it works flawlessly. I would highly recommend Roger, he is a valuable asset to the FM board.

Despite my nervousness at my first large purchase here on FM Tom handled everything like a pro. The lens was well packed (albeit with packing peanuts, ) and arrived as promised. I wouldn't hesitate buying anything from him, regardless of cost.
