I bouhgt a 35/1.4L from Chris. It was as he said, like new. Even the lens hood was like new, and that's usually where I look for wear first.
Relatively new member to the forum I think but I would not hesitate to deal with him again, great communication and the lens was everything that he said it was.
i purchased a 135 SF lens from Don Watkins, lens arrived packed expertly. it was a pleasurable experience, great communication and i would recomend buying from him. Don is one of the good guys so if anyone is thinking about buying from him, you will have no worries what so ever.
I bought a Canon 24-85 f/3.5-4.5 (Champagne) from him for a great price. Communication was quick and easy, we did the deal over Paypal & he sent it quick and well packed. The lens was in fantastic shape, and he even emailed to make sure I got it when FedEx reported the delivery as "Left on Front Porch".
This was a great way to get involved in this board, and I appreciate Ivan taking a chance on the newbie.
