Item : traded my 85mm f/1.8 & cash for 70-200 f/4
After bad weather delayed the shipping of the 70-200, Rob was nice enough to send it overnight, at additional expense to himself, which was above and beyond what our deal was agreed to.
Lens is in excellent, like new condition.
Lens was also packed to withstand the storms that were obviously already hitting R.I.
UFO is a very good guy to deal with. I initally planned to send him money on Thursday, but due to some Paypal issues I wasn't able to send money to him until Friday. (We live in a "first come, first serve" world... sigh) Anyhow I PM'ed UFO and he kindly kept the flash on "reserve" for me until Monday!! Very kind of him to do so.
Anyhow he shipped promptly after my payment (same day) and I received the flash gun 4 business days later. Excellent speed and very smooth transaction [what FM forums is all about]

Tom purchased a Metz flash from me. His communication was first rate through the whole process. Tom lives in Vanocuver, Canada but I shipped to his US mail address.

comments: Ray's a good guy. He couldn't ship the item (used photography book) to me due to his busy schedule, so I got it approx a little over a week after purchasing it from him-- which to me is very acceptable. But Ray stayed in good communication with me and told me as such, so it was no biggie. I got the book soon enough and it was in fine shape, as he had stated. I'd do biz with him in the future no problem...
