I recently purchased a 5D from Michael Jaynes and the item arrived in pristine condition with everything as described. The camera was in litterally like new condition. He even included the original baggies for every item in the original 5D packaging. Very happy with item and also he shipped it the same day I paid for it with 3 day shipping and I received it in 2 days! Unrelated to his doing, but just a nice bonus! :-)
