Comments: Shawn a.k.a. Shutterhappy is a dishonest seller The Opteka grip doesn't work. He refused to refund me a fair amount for the Opteka. His attitude seemed to be: it's your problem now. The package was also incomplete: he did not include the battery door for the Rebel or the AA tray for the Opteka.
I would NOT recommend him to anyone else. Based on his actions and communications it seems pretty obvious that he got stuck with faulty equipment and simply decided to pass it along to someone else, me in this case!

I have nothing but good things to say about ssoul (Dany). Paid immediately, and told me when it arrived (always a good thing). I'd easily transact with him again.
COMMENTS: There was a "little inconvenience" in this transaction. It started all good, seller provided me the tracking number the 2nd day of purchase, but the tracking info didn`t change for 4 days.Shipping company said they didn`t get the package to deliver.
I contacted Remford, discussing my worries about the package never been shipped.( I also checked his feedback left by others, and his long activity on this site.These both made the impression that He is a trusworthy guy)
He answered the following day, certainly with full of apology, since he was out of town, he thought that everything ran smoothly with the shipping.Unfortunately the shipping company missed to pick up my package amongst with few others.
Bill took an outstanding effort to chase all my worries, and eliminate all my negative feelings (which I didn`t have, since we are all human, mistakes can happen, even with the best will) regarding to this shipping delay.He even gave me 20% off the selling price just to make sure I am satisfied with this buy.
Finally my package was delivered on the 14th day of the purchase.
CONCLUSION: Communication always help to solve problems.

The item He sold, was described as mint.It is, it seems it has never been used.
