I sold a Canon 55-200 lens to Roy NN7DX. I must say that Roy was an absolute pleasure to do business with; I very much enjoyed our email conversations while we watched the lens make it's way s-l-o-w-l-y via UPS to his home. I speculated that he must live "at the last stop on the trolley line", but Roy corrected me to point out that it's a "wee bit" past the last stop!
