Johnny was a pleasure to deal with. The items arrived in superb condition and were packed in a jumbo oversized box.
Ryan was also great to deal with. He brought clarity and quick resolution to our deal and helped everyone save some paypal charges as he had a lens Johnny wanted and I was able to pay him for that vs. sending Johnny a money order through the mail.
Fabien helped solve a small problem with a defective item (a small hole) by taking the high road. He was unaware (and I understand why) and he made it right without hesitation.
