I purchased a 550ex from Saswat Misra ("smisra") last week and it arrived yesterday and was LNIB exactly as described. He communicated in a timely manner and provided the UPS tracking information.
Admittedly, I was a little worried when I didn't get the tracking information right away but the next day he forwarded me an e-mail that showed the delivery of his e-mail had been delayed. It was his server's fault, not his.
