Comments: What an amazing person to deal with! I received a Hasselblad system from Floyd with a lot of goodies and there was a slight problem with one of the lenses. Clearly Floyd had no idea about it and he offered me to return or have it fixed and he will pay for it. I located a Hasselblad technician who fixed it and Floyd picked up the entire tab!
