He answered my WTB and in just a few short days, a perfect lens showed up on my door. Packaging was great and as far as I'm concerned, this is a brand new lens, for an excellent price.

I just bought a Canon 28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM off of FM member Alex. I sent him a paypal instant transfer from my bank account, and didn't charge me 3% (a big plus!). Very positive buying experience with "Cinstance" or Constance Chen. Very honest seller, great communication, and the Canon 135mm/2.0L lens is even BETTER than she had rated it. The lens is extremely well packed, and shipped in a very timely manner. What more can I say? I will recommend Cinstance to any buyer or seller. I wish there are more sellers are like Constance!

I just received a Nikon 995 and Yashicamat 124g purchased from Vinke. Both items were in excellent condition as described and Kevin had extras he did not even mention in the ad. The extras included extra batteries and filter for the Nikon and a Rollei filter and lens shade for the Yashica.
Kevin's ad was for a local pick up only and Thang answered my post to pick up and deliver the item. He even laid out the $$ when he picked them up. SUPER all the way!!!
I bought the 100-400 IS from Greg. The lens is in excellent condition and tack sharp. Greg was very accomodating and extremely patient. He sent the lens out before the MOs came. Another super seller. I have no hesistation in buying from Greg again in the future. Thanks Greg.

Mike and I met face to face, for this transaction, and I would highly recommend dealing with him, to anyone. His description was accurate, and the goods were well taken care of by him. If he says it's like new, then it is.
Comments: Listed an iPod here on FM as "Brand new", but of course didn't list pictures. When it arrived, it was far from brand new, and had obviously been used. The entire face was badly scratched up, and it had had music put on the HD, but then when it was deleted, it was not done using the Ipod updater, and so the evidence of the music and previous set-up was still there.
I emailed Chris immediately, and his first response went something like"Dude do you even know anything about iPods, I never used it, it's brand new." So I sent him some pictures of the scratched up unit and suddenly his tune changed to "that looks terrible, I got it as a gift second hand and the guy told me it was brand new." I paid a guy in our prototype shop to polish up the unit, which got rid of most of the scratches for a $20 bill. So I told Chris-Ditto that he could either refund my money and I'd send the iPod back, or he could send me $20 to cover my expense. He said he'd send out a money order for $30 right away. A week later I contacted him to tell him I'd not seen payment, and he gives the old line "can you verify your address", also "I sent it out", etc. Then of course the inevitable after not receiving payment, he just stops all communication after over 2 weeks. It stopped when I asked him to send a picture of the supposed money order stub or carbon.
UPDATE: 9/30/04 I received a MO dated 9/26/04 from Chris today for $25. Thanks for making good on your word.
