I actually found this for my brother-in-law, who is not a member, but was looking for a DSLR. Tim was a great guy to deal with and completed the deal with my brother-in-law without any issues whatsover. My sister picked up the package and said that she had never seen anything packaged so well to protect against possible damage...VERY happy about that. Tim was nice enough to transfer the extended warranty as well as include an extra book on how to use the Digital Rebel....an unexpected bonus that they were excited about.

Comments: Sebastian bought the filter when I was on a business trip. I then made a mistake and caused 1 week of delay, and have to ask a friend to bring the filter from Mexico back to US to ship out. Sebastian is a very patient and understanding and forgiving person, and a great person to deal with. I wish I have chance to do business with him again and give me a chance to make up the troubles I caused.
