Comments: The ballhead arrived in a timely manner and appeared to be in good condition. However, I had trouble with the ball freezing up on me. Ray placed me in touch with Bob at Precision CameraWorks, who repaired the unit free of charge under warranty. I received great communication from Ray during the entire time I was working through the problem, and he repeatedly offered his advice as well as offering to pay for any necessary repairs.
