Here's a few from last night, I took over 300 shots, mostly all BIF, keeper rate was very much acceptable. I trashed about 30/300 due to OOF and if you can believe it... some of them were due to operator error on my part I know its hard to believe...
Mark III Firmware 1.2.5 with the fix from Jamesburg, NJ. Lens 500mm f4 with 1.4x
All shots below using 45point in AI servo. Normally, I would shoot single point, I wanted to try out the outer focus points. In the past we had poor results at times using 45 point.
Nice one Duane, I was thinking it didn't take him long to get his sh^t back 'up' and 'running'
Chad, I'll let you be the judge on sharpness and focus error or not, I was always most impressed with your previous work, I don't know what your keeper rate was before That being said, #2 looks best to me
These look great. I agree with Karl - always was impressed with your work before. If your keeper rate is better, that is great news. I am getting ready to send in two bodies. Thanks for the update!!
Sweet looking Chickens in flights Chadda.
They all look pretty sharp (but would be sharper w/ a Nikon ) with excellent exposures and good details. What did you do to scare the craps out of that 1st chicken??
Great job as always buddy.

I didn't thought you're gonna send it in...you always had great results w it! But I guess there's always room for improvement Impressive shots...specially the head-on Is there a fix out there for photographers too? you can have Ant checking in at their service facility ship him in a box..no air-bubbles wrapping
These are amazingly good! And the details in #1 is insane. It looks like the camera had just received a good dose of steroid. You've got to love its performance.
