Indeed, I am lucky to own it. The highlights were caused by direct sunlight streaming through the window and striking a brass Buddha. I "compocused" the shot with the highlights in mind. Glad you like them. I regret not having my tripod with me, which required me to jack up the ISO for decent hand-held speed.

Can't let this good thread die.......I believe images here are more helpful to those looking to buy new lenses than any lengthy theoretical/abstract discussion.
Here is 200 f/1.8 at work, wide open or near it. Shot hand-held as JPG using 1DMkIIN and natural light, no out of camera processing other than some very minor edge trimming and then resizing for web.
