Thanks mttran for the earlier compliment.

It did finally stop raining but many of my favorite haunts are more like wetlands than meadows so it has really put a damper on the butterfly population. Since there aren't many flying critters about here are a couple more flowers from this morning....

Ummmmmmmmmmmmphhhhh, you can tell they are from a Nikon - look how soft the backgrounds are! They just don't know how to make a decent lens that can get everything in focus.
