Uggh, what is up with my screen at home, just checking this from work, that last picture looks horrible, what have I done!? I'll fix it or pull it tonight.

Anden, the beach and tree shots are superb. I thought I would be getting TWOK's Zuiko 18/3.5, but I guess i should not have asked a question and just bought it now!
Oh well, I have a unconverted Zeiss 17-35N. I justed posted it for trade (Nikon 14-24G) on the B&S board, but all of them are excellent in their own right. I won't be losing any sleep no matter how it works out in the end

I hope you're not offended. When someone offers to pay right away I can't help but oblige them unless I've specifically worked things out otherwise. Watch KEH and eBay, you'll find one before long!

Thanks Steve, Paul, TWoK, ewadler , ziyadj, Ed and Ulrik! I really love this lens and probably used it too much :-) It is really tiny so I have no need for a pancake...
It works really good for filming as well.
Paul: You will get your hands on one sooner or later. Hopefully sooner:-)
Ziyadj: Thanks for the headsup regarding the rainbow. Did not see it before. No leprechauns unfortunately :-)

Tried the gradient filter. Does it work?
"riverrun, past Eve and Adams, from swerve of shore to bend of bay, brings us by a commodius vicus of recirculation back to Howth Castle and Environs"
Reminds me of the opening lines of Finnegans Wake. Hope you had a good time here. Did you hit many pubs?

Ronan! We had the best time! Canīt wait to go back. Had the honor to visit a few pubs yes. But the best parts were the places in the countryside and the beachfronts.

Great stuff, it looks like you hit either the Dublin or Wicklow mountains or both.
Next time you'll have to leave the city behind altogether
By the way that forest scene in Wicklow is one of the more photographed places around, in Spring time the place is alive with bluebells. Makes for some great photos!

We were in the Howth/Malahide area one day, Powerscourt + Bray, Killeny and Dalkey one day and one day in the Wicklow mountains (well, hills in my book :-) )
Next time we will go north, south or west...
I can imagine the wicklow area is even more beautiful in the spring.
