Must have been a long time ago. I've on on e-bay for nearly a decade and I never remember this happening.

They never extended bidding that I was aware of (ebay). Places like audiogon and yahoo jp I think do that though. a bit annoying.

I just bought a 25999xx...is there something wrong with these? It's not radioactive and apparently it doesn't have the latest coatings. How much differerence in quality is there compared to the 27xxxxxs?
