I am re-listing my less-than-one-year-old 5D body ($1500, shipped).
The camera is in great shape and comes with everything that was in the box, including the original sales receipt (dated 29 January 2008 from a store in Vancouver). I am the second owner of this camera. It has had under 10,000 frames put through it and has performed flawlessly for me. The one small cosmetic imperfection is some minor rubbing on one corner on the bottom of the camera, of which there is a photo (my apologies for the quality of the photos -- sadly I have no lights). I am selling the 5D because my Mark III does all that I need -- mostly indoor sports and the like -- and vacations are likely out for quite a long time. Pictures of the camera can be seen at:
The camera comes with the original box as well as all the cables, chargers, paper, and cds. It also comes with an extra battery.
I am selling the camera for $1500, which includes insured, tracked shipping in North America. For paypal, add 3%. From Canadians I would greatly prefer payment by EMT, but will take a cheque. I won't ship until payment clears.
Here's the twist on the pricing. If you live in Canada, you pay in Canadian dollars (look at the exchange rate, my fellow Cannucks... the cheap US gear days aren't with us at the moment, not to mention buying north of the 49th lets you avoid PST/GST). If you live in the U.S., you pay in U.S. dollars, which for me covers the very different shipping costs. For the rest of the world, send me a PM and we'll talk about options and shipping costs. Non-Canadian buyers will be responsible for any import taxes/duties that are incurred.
I am based in Ottawa and will knock $50 off the price for local pick up/delivery. (If you act fast, I might be able to organize London-area delivery and knock $25 off the price, but I can't promise that.)
