p.1 #1 · Sold: Nikon 70-200mm 2.8 AF-S VR lens

I bought this lens from an US Nikon Dealer 3 weeks ago. It is a Nikon USA version with 5 yr warranty. I did not register the warranty. I will include my original receipt.

I used it for 3 weeks, works perfectly and is sharp wide open. It is in like new conditon still.

I just bought a D700 and need to raise some funds to cover that.

I would prefer to sell to local buyer in Boston area if there's interest. Trying to avoid paypal.

Price: $1550.00

This sold via ebay, with $200 microsoft cashback it's cheaper for the buy even with higher price to cover ebay fees.

I don't think it has a 5 year warranty if you haven't registered the warranty yet... you only have 10 days to register to qualify for the +4 warranty.

I've heard you don't have to send it in to maintain the 5 yr. It's would be unreasonable to expect anyone to send it in within 10 days in most cases.

as long as you have a copy of the original receipt, warranty is valid.. (5 years)....

free bump... good luck on your sale... should not last long at this price..
