I think it easy to gorget the the tools when you know the skills of the user. Tom, I am sure you will put this 50D to great use and squeeze out every drop of extra color and detail. These shots do look incredible, guess you are our guinea pig that we can trust to evaluate this new body.

Great close up portraits! You could probably put some more contrast in his feathers in the ones against the sky to make him pop a little more. Love the expressions and raised head feathers!
