Project for my Creative Copywriting class. I went beyond the copywriter's rough and presented this (edited the body copy from 50 words - assignment - to two words for this version.
Canerio, I considered work out gear, but settled for very casual instead. I wanted to focus on the every-day aspect, similar to some of the free running campaigns.
liamh,
I was actually admiring K Swiss's free running campaign featuring Sebastian Foucan (James Bond Casino Royale). I started free running this past spring, and have been inspired by some of their adds.

I chose to eliminate any grounding to free the imagination.
My partner in class likes Puma shoes and we were asked to do an add for something they were interested in
Ah, Sebastian Foucan, he is amazing. I wondered if it was influenced by that. I didn't realise Parkour/free running had reached the US. Is it popular over there?
I take it you've seen "Jump Britain" and "Jump London"? If not, you better go download them
As an art director, I would try the headline right in the very, very center of the frame – which would end up just below the vertical body line and in that solid blue area. The photo works and everything is great, but the message is a little lost in the area below. I know it's nicer there for art, but the bottom line is selling shoes. Placing it in the center allows everything else to revolve around the message in a bulls-eye pattern. And then the Puma logo needs to be relocated after to compliment and brand.
Is "Defy Physics" a current message vehicle from a shoe company? If it's yours, it's much better. 'Gravity is Nothing' is a statement on something being empty. 'Defy' is a action command that appeals to X and Y Gens or anyone young.
