Sure, Julian and the girls, too. Trailer Park Boys is shot here in Dartmouth. I've even been to the real trailer park that they call home on the series.
It will be a sad day in Canadian broadcasting when they hang 'em up. I would love to come out to your area one day and check out all the sites, including the trailer park, although I imagine there are much nicer places out your way as well.
Cheers
I have a small Canon bag which can easily hold some of my gear (30D + 17-70mounted + 70-200 + flash + all my small gadgets (remote, off-shoe flash cord, tripod release plates, caps, fitlers, memory cards, batteries for camera, flash, etc).
I have a Tamrac backback that I haven't used yet - bought it years back.
I recently bought a Pelican bag, which can hold all of my current (and future gear) (30D + 70-200 mounted, 10D + 17-70 mounted, 150 or 180 macro, flash, batteries, etc). But, it is not as easily accessible for smaller stuff as the small Canon bag is. So, I am wondering whether to return the Pelican and get a Tamrac bag that is bigger and more like a bigger version of my Canon bag. It costs $50 more but I might add more lenses later. hmmm ...
I am scared of the front-opening bags. Have you ever dropped your lenses through that front opening? Ideally, I'd like a bag that doesn't have that front-opening at all, so I won't accidentally leave the opening unzipped and lose 1000s of $ by dropping costly glass.

If you've got a couple G's in your bag, you learn to be careful
And here're a couple of (old) pics of my (old) bag, a Think Tank Airport Acceleration backpack:
1. A somewhat unrealistic shot with a 400/2.8 & 300/2.8 plus all the usual stuff.

2. A more usual setup for work-use. Since photo has been replaced with a Think Tank Airport International 2.0 roller, and a bunch of stuff has been added / replaced. Basic layout idea is the same, though.

Currently, I use the Airport Int'l roller that holds the following: 2x 1D Mark II, 1x 30D (no grip), 17-40/4. 24-70/2.8, 70-200/2.8, 300/2.8, 580EXII, 580EX, 3x Nikon SB-28, 4x PW Plus II, extra batteries and AAs and some cords.
Surprisingly, the AI holds less stuff than the AA. I think this is mostly due to its stiffer structuring and extra components - like the handle and wheels, for example.
I'll try to get some pics soon, when I'm not working! ...Show more →
Dig those great dividers! Are they from Think Tank? I don't see them on their site... do you have a link?
