Hello Mike,
When I look at this, "laid back" are the words that pop to mind. very nice work as usual, nice and clean, great lighting. What an excellent idea.

Mike,
I knew it was yours when I saw the thumbnail. Great lighting - as usual.
Nice touch with the brand-name twist.
Still avoiding the outside world, eh? Should I call you Mole Man?
hey buddy. I was on the same page with carrol. New it was yours right away. Sweet shot. One more week until I get into my new house. I will finally be able to get back to attempting to hang with you guys. Not likely being I haven't practiced in so long!

A fony mood?
The light in the image is of classic "Vipermike" quality (not bad at all, that is...)
Thanks Jouko! I enjoy hearing from you buddy. I feel the same way pal (not bad) but I need to put more effort into my shots. I think what happens is the idea in my head becomes more important that the setup. God, I hate the setup! It seems so irrelevant to the concept but that should not stop me from putting forth the effort to create a masterpiece. This is my weakness I wish to overcome.

the only thing I can think of to improve is, you should have worn those "antiques" for this shot
your post is awesome, as they always are! Seems like you might have had alot of fun on this one?
Hey Danny! Thank you. Fun? Hahaha, ask Dave Nitsche about the fun in our madness. Some call it passion. I call it psychosis. Best you stay clear of my photo shoots. hehe. I'm glad you like it pal!

Carrol, I'm going to shoot something over a pretty colored background with multiple lights just for you pal! Outside? Isn't that where that big bazillion K uncontrollable light bulb is? Thanks man!
Hi Mike,
Yet another classic out of the studio. Have you ever thought of doing a book showing how you achieved each one, Im sure it would be a good seller.
Take care
Mark

Hey Mark, Thank you my friend!! but I'm afraid the book would be a one sheet. It would go something like this:
1) Three 100w light bulbs, not nessasarly all used at the same time.
2) White and black paper of different sizes.
3) Duct tape
4) A twisted idea
5) Very loud techno or metal music to set the mood
6) Optional: flyswatter if you live where it gets hot at 2:00am while shooting

You make it sound so simple.
1. I have 3 100w light bulbs
2. i have some black and white paper
3.I have duct tape in black white and grey !!!
4. I have ideas i dont have a clue how to shoot
5. I play either classical or techno country(Alabama 3) loudly
6 dont need a fly swatter as not many flies here.
I think i found the problem you missed no 7 on your list
