Sigma 30mm f1.4 HSM DC
My Sigma saga began about 8 weeks ago when I bought a new Sigma 30mm 1.4. I was so excited to try it out on my D300. I had memories of a great 30 I'd had in my Canon days. Man o man was I let down. It was a complete dog. Useless below 5.6, and abomination below f2. My dreams were dashed. I called Sigma and they said "send it in, we'll fix it". Then I called the vendor, and they said "send it in, we'll send you a brand new one." I chose option B and what came back is what is up for sale. Well, the lens that came back is one of those dream 30 1.4's. It is very, very sharp from 1.4 to 1.8 and ridiculously sharp from 2.0 up. It's the best copy I've had yet - and I've owned 5 of these. I'd not be selling it, but well, the FX bug, it carries an expensive bite!
Condition: As new, perfect, not a mark anywhere. Brand freakin' new - seriously.
What's included: Everything that came with it new. I should still have the receipt too. You can register it for the warranty if you'd like.
Price: $375 shipped, PayPalled, and insured. Why play the Sigma Lottery when you can just buy a winner? Local to Boston price is 350 bones.

Quick - buy it before I reconsider! This is a NikonUSA lens.
Condition: Excellent. Clean glass, body, and interior. Sharp wide open. Focus is dead on. It's not BNIB. It has been used, but you'd have to look hard to know it. It's had filter on it since day one.
What's included: The lens, hood, caps, case, manual, and case strap. I do not have the box.
Price: $1425 shipped (via USPS Express Mail with Insurance) and PayPalled. I'm in Boston - $1375 cash deal.
