Great Shots Gertjan! I was not aware that there was an adapter for Exakta to EOS, Did you do some machine work on a different adapter or can you let us know who makes the Exakta-EOS adapter? Thanks!
I just made the same set up, FD bellows (after using crappy M42 and other third party bellows, I finalized on FD one with 2 level movement)... Will post some pics later...
There are two vendors with Exakta-EOS adapters on ebay.
One Seller is ericcc1006, this is the adapter I have.
Price is about $45 without chip, $75 for the chipped version.
It's made of aluminium, a bit loose tolerances, but it does work. Infinity focus is a bit iffy.
This seller was very quick in sending the adapter.
The other Seller is member24601n. He sells an ELEFoto adapter.
Much more expensive at $ 175, no chip, but fit &finish looks better on the ebay pics.
I can't tell you yet how I like this adapter, because this seller is much slower in sending his stuff.....
I can't quite identify the lens, but my guess would be the optical section of an older 135 Elmar in a focusing helicoid for the Visoflex, and then a Visoflex adapter.
The lens is: "TOMINON Lens IBM P/N 1674037, 1:4.5, f=230mm, Made in Japan"
I think this was for copying machine. Its huge. I made the adapter with Plumbing pipe connector, different extension tubes and different mount adapter.
Vintage Friedrich Corygon lens in Compur shutter on Canon 350d/rebelXT.
To Make focussing work, I used M42 Bellows.
Lens details: serial number79097 C. Friedrich Munchen Corygon 13.5 cm f/4.5 lens in a Compur 1A shutter.
(I found the lens sharp. Have some results posted on my Flickr set)

Close! It's the 3-element Elmar 90 as reported by me a year back. I do have a Viso-capable 135 (the Tele-Elmar) with its OTZFO focusser, but no test results yet. The TE135 may be the sharpest Visoflex glass of all, but without the shiny chrome.
The 18 is a beauty. Look at the flickr love group. There are a few nice photos of the 18 there. http://www.flickr.com/groups/386359@N21/pool/
It is also now the runner up on my Feeler list. The controls are so smooth. The Winner for now it the 85 Sonnar. I hope I can shoot some great photos with it. It is a great lens so itīs up to me...
Seems like the Rokkor is old news now. My lens above is my spare lens. It is in so good condition that I am hesitating to mod it...
