I got this lens in a recent trade on FM. It comes in the original box with receipt (dated 1/11/2006) and hood. It is in good condition. There is a scuffmark on the end of the barrel (can be seen in photo 3). Image quality is excellent. Am selling some of my lenses to finance the purchase of either a 24-70L or 24-105L. Samples taken this evening ... all of em shot wide open, most with bounce flash as I was indoors, of course. All of these were shot in RAW and converted using Photoshop. Levels was applied to some, but absolutely no sharpening applied. When converting from RAW, the only changes I made from the defaults are to exposure ... again, no sharpening. Most are in 6 megapixel glory, but some were cropped (100% crops).
