I bought this AB Vagabond Version I back in 2005. It has always been on the trickle charger (per the instructions), and it has been used less than 10 total times. It has been used (stored) in a nonsmoking environment. The only thing wrong with it is that I lost metal the spike used for grounding it. A similar large spike can be obtained at a hardware store for less than $5. Also this is not needed if there is something to attach it to that is connected to the ground (like a fence). Otherwise it is in perfect operating condition. I still even have the original box and a copy of the receipt.
