First roll through (new to me) 645nii. First time using kodak gold 200.
First time self-developing (cinestill cs41 kit). First time doing a dslr scan.
Lotta firsts' in this post.
Tried a roll of CineStill BwXX, and while I generally like the look of the results, boy is this film a pain in the rear end to deal with. TONS of curl off the spool, which made loading the reel a little more challenging, but also the end of the film was perilously close to the other film on the spool because of how hard it curled. Then, it dries curled longitudinally, bowed outward, which makes it very difficult to negotiate into my scanning mask (which is the 120 DigitalIZA, which works really well, and flattens it fairly well)...there's just so much longitudinal curl that getting it positioned and pressed was just cumbersome. At least the shots look pretty good.
Mamiya C330, 80mm f/2.8, CineStill BwXX, Developed in HC-110, Dilution B:
First shot is sort of a 'retake' of the shot that I overdeveloped and pushed a week or so ago.
