Yup, good eye! It's an old hospital building on Angel Island State Park. @Desmolicious' version with the Lomo Metropolis makes it look pretty creepy. I think we were both there around the same time in early August.

It's a great place to visit (and an even better place to camp if you can get a reservation) with a lot of interesting history. But if your location is correct, you live on a pretty nice island yourself.
