Been a long time since I have shot b&w film, or film at all. Shot with my F100 and a 20mm, 58mm, and 70-200 lens. Need to remind myself not to spot meter the sky!

Good to mix it up, but keep 'em coming too. My Pen F gets here on Saturday.
Your F6 shots made me shoot a roll in mine yesterday. I used the Sigma Art 50 and played with the Nikon 105 1.8 AIS. Man the 105 1.8 has a heavy focus action - very smooth but heavy. From what I've read they all do that.

So much gear I want to have. I'd like to pick up a 105/1.8, but I also want to get more S mount lenses for my S2. And have been on the hunt for a few other Pen F lenses.
F6 feels great in the hand and fun to shoot, Maxxum 9 too.

I love the balanced but high contrast treatment, subject matter and composition.

I have the 105/1.8 Ai-S, but haven’t shot it on my F6 yet. I’ve only shot with it on a FM3a and found it to be quite a challenge to shoot with wide open when trying to nail focus on an off center location. Focus and recompose just won’t cut the mustard. I haven’t shot the lens on digital yet, but when you mention “heavy focus action”, do you mean the manual focusing throw of the lens (from MFD to infinity) or focus shift?
Been too busy to shoot film (or digital) lately, but I love all the shots I see here!

Focus throw of the lens. It has a stiff/heavy resistance.
Had a weird AF issue with my F6. AF was fine with the Sigma Art. Then put the Nikon 105 1.8AIS on it - manual focus lens. Then put the Sigma lens back on. Now no AF. I made sure the settings were correct on the camera. Removed battery etc. No AF. Took lens off, put it back on, no AF.
Then put a Nikon 50 1.8G lens on the F6. AF works again. Replaced the Nikon lens with the Sigma AF lens. Now the AF works again!
Hmm.
Xpan + Portra 400. I'd like to say I'm going for the Ozark look, and it was a pretty grey day, but the blue hue is mostly due to my poor negative scanning skills
That's weird. I'm not super familiar with Nikon AF gear, the F6 is my first and only Nikon SLR with AF. How you don't run into anymore strange behavior!
