Quick question. I am going to start home developing C41 and E6. Can I dev multiple film brands/types at the same time? For example, is it fine to have Ektachrome 64T and Fujichrome 64T in the same tank? How about mixing C41 brands?

Not sure on e6, never developed (hope to change that soon) but a big YES on c-41. Times are standardized so develop whatever you want together in the same tank. Most c-41 kits are like 3.5 min develop so very quick. Doesn't matter what speed and what brand films you have together.

So you can mix something shot at ASA100 and 1600, and the dev times are the same?

If the iso 100 and iso 1600 films are their native speeds, ie a roll of ektar and a roll of Fuji natura 1600. They can both be developed together. C-41 is a real breeze to do at home in the sink.
Pushing c-41 is another matter...just extend the times though the results are not nearly as good as pushing traditional B&W.

+1. You can even put an Ilford XP2 B&W film made for C-41 in the tank. Nice thing is that you can change the ISO with XP2 during your film shooting since you always will use the standard C-41 process. I shot frames of the same roll of XP2 at ISO 400, 800, 1600, and 3200 - and all turned out fine! Just saying .
