Some fantastic shots in here. Makes me really positive about film's future. I currently have a load of it in the freezer/fridge which i will gradually work my way through over the next few years. Got lots of 5x4 to use and also lots of 120-220 to get through too. I am however without a 220 back for my hasselblad so i need to source one of them before i can use it.
fuji acros, thrice (very nice snaps, btw). it's given me pretty fine grain. but more important question, how did you develop the FP4? i will get a fair amount of grain from FP4 in Rodinal, but less in HC-110, for example.
Thanks for the advice, I actually had the lab develop and scan it as I'm not set up to develop my own at the moment I will definitely ask them how they developed it.
thrice - grain can be magnified by scanning, especially low res scans. FP4+ should be reasonably fine grained. Same with Plus-X. They are still traditional B&W films though, so will have more grain than T-grain films like T-Max 100, Ilford Delta 100, and Acros. You might also want to try the new T-Max 400, which is supposed to be very fine grained and quite good.
