Lots of great work everyone! Been gone for a bit. Mini vacation at Cumberland Gap National Park and a conference all week in Nashville. Lots of film to go through. Here are some sunflowers from a late season field I came across in mid August.
Nikon fg20, e series 50/1.8, Fuji xtra 400 (expired), unicolor kit, pakon scanned, lr5
pastels at dusk
and a fellow photographer/new friend I met at the field

No, there is some kind of watermark that says Kodak all over the image. I see it too.
Wow....you people have amazing eyes. I see it now. Pretty freaky now that I see it. This has to have come from the backing paper. This image was shot on 120 film.

Tom, just noticed that "watermark" now...that is strange..
BTW, maybe have asked it, but do you prefer Acros over T-Max?
How would you compare the contrast.
Acros is the only 100 speed film I've ever shot in monochrome so I cant reference to other films. However, I adore what Acros can do so that is why I've never felt the need to try other films.
I shoot TMAX 400 for higher speeds but with this strange issue going on with imprints from the backing paper, I might go back to Delta 400.
Dan - I love your sunset shot. I just want to know if you bracketed that so you could combine a foreground and background. I had a whack at your jpeg, which was untagged, btw, and, at least to me, this is getting to a place where it's telling a better story.
Great sunflower shots Jon. I saw a field like that in Taiwan once and it nearly killed me to have to drive by and not shoot in it. Such an amazing landscape.
