Nope, not shot through a window. I'm not sure what lines you are referring to.

I can see it too, mostly in the shadows of the wall. Running diagonally, maybe it's scanner artefacts?

Ah, now I see it. Yeah, this slide was pretty dark so I had to boost the shadows from near total blackness. Look at the Zen garden!! Much more interesting than the wall!

That garden is something like 500 years old.

I shot it with a 90 angulon so it is more or less equivalent to 28mm in 35mm
