Got chance to take out my new 90mm, but not before the early winter evening set in. Luckily the Xpan seems pretty good at slower shutter speeds, this was at about 1/15:
Hasselblad Xpan
90mm f/4.0
Expired Generic 200 ISO Film
Epson V700
Hope I don't bore anyone. From the next roll, TMax100, canon rebel, 40/2.8stm w/orange filter, xtol 1:1, pakon scanned, lr5. What a completely different look and feel Tmax gives vs. triX. Think the tmax worked for the rock formation detail shots. Man, does this film have detail! I feel I can continue to zoom in and the only thing that limits me is the scanner, not the grain. I would love to see a drum scan up close and personal.
This is from the backside of the Taj Mahal. Approaching from the opposite side, it eerily resembles the real thing.
and one of my wife shooting, waiting on the sunset.
WOW! The shot 3rd from the bottom is just awesome. What an amazing desert shot. I look at that image and just starting waiting for the Road Runner to zip through there with the Coyote after him.
Jon, what a great series! Love the TMAX look. I have some sheets left. I should load it up.
BTW, your 35mm work is very good.
I have an Elan 7 & just bought a Canonet, so will be planning some 35mm expeditions
Very nice photos, dunno how you made it, but your BWs are quite different (in positive way) from most stuff Ive seen. Those desert shots have interesting "old film/lost era" look and feel.. really like it. Also it somehow looks like "bigger format than it is". Before checking what you are using, I thought its MF camera with high speed film..

Two very nice folders! Your above shots, what are the demonstrators protesting?
Only the left camera is a folder Jon. The other's lens is firmly in place.
Those images are from the Hong Kong democracy protests. China once again pulled the run out from under the population there and now only allows rigged elections that favor Beijing. Sadly, those protesters were washed away and got nothing for their efforts. The world stood by and let it all happen.

Thanks for the clarification.
Sorry to hear about the ongoing oppression and lack of action from the west.
