Thanks a lot for that info. Do you know if the Nikkor PC 28mm has large enough image circle as well?
Do you use the standard film holder for the V600 (as opposed to those from betterscanning.com)?
The PC-E 28mm is not great on the Xpan, soft corners and vignettes.
you can see samples on this RFF thread RFF thread
I use the standard 35mm Epson film holder, I have the betterscanning ANR glass but havent used them in months.
For 120 I use the Lomo Digitaliza holder and for 4x5, I just place the sheet in the glass.
just scanned a Portra 160 roll last night using just the Epson holders xpan197 by earl.dieta, on Flickr
Took last Friday off from work for a much needed "me" day. Got on the bike with a Minolta srt201 and a srt102. The 201 was loaded with a 9 year expired roll of some Kodak c-41 B&W. All shots with the rokkor 50/1.7 w/ orange filter. Rated the film at iso64 to compensate for expiration. I would have been fine at 100-200. Did a 280+mile ride on the Goldwing, touring almost the entire TN section of the Natchez Trace Pkwy. Here are a few from the northern terminal going south. Developed at home in tetenal, scanned with Kodak pakon f135+, simple adjustments in LR5.
selfie, first time using the timer. It worked.

my favorite. This river (Duck River) is behind my house and I spend a lot of time shooting waterfalls along it at the local state park. This is probably 100.miles away, downstream.
Fine looking bike you got there Jon. Love the farm shots. I wish I had a cycle to ride around here in China. I'd get some great shots out in the countryside here.
All right Rattymouse, you had me digging around and found a few. Developed and scanned at a local lab (files say Noritsu scanner). From 12/11/2010. AE-1, fuji400h, believe a 135/2.8 wolfpro branded lens.
My new bride.
getting ready to head to the ceremony.
that late afternoon on our honeymoon. Did a little hiking and driving around in the mountains. Cold! Started snowing hard as well.
Interesting thing about our wedding in 2010: It was just the two of us and the pastor at the local state park overlooking a waterfall. A passing by hiker was the witness. I was our wedding photog. All the formal/posed shots of us were done by tripod and wireless remote. I was pleased.
