*Disclaimer* This is not my auction, nor, am I a troll, paid, or scam, just a person spreading the medium format film love, especially when paired to a Polaroid back! This camera was one I had offered on, but I ended up winning another one, just not in this apparent shape, judging by the photographs alone! Be aware as I am, that any eBay item, may come with its heartaches, as it has for me, once, or twice in my earlier years! I have learned to ask, questions, questions, questions, and for more photo's as well! Now, back to the system. Upon further scan of the provided photo's, I noticed, although, unmentioned, that the camera has the nice 6X8 back, a plus, as well as an extra, that usually is featured in the update version of this camera, at no further charge! I assume this may mean, that it has the adapter for such back, if that is the case, this is another item, that is not being charged for, in a sense! GLWB, and to the seller, GLWS!

Update 3, Pro-SD Polaroid pack Film Holder HP701!The original Pro did not have a specifically made Polaroid back. However, an adapter was sold, known as the P-adapter that allowed the Polaroid Land Pack holder (Model 1,2, and 3) designed for the Mamiya Universal camera. Without the P-adapter, this back is unable to be mounted to any of the RB-67 bodies. The Polaroid back released with the Pro-SD includes a integrated P-adapter and mounts directly to the back of the camera body.

When shooting onto a Polaroid back there is no mask so you get a 7cmx7cm square image which means there are black bars on the sides of the instant film (the film is rectangular.)
Backs

Pro-SD Polaroid pack Film Holder HP701 (horizontal and vertical masks are available, but not necessary) – does not requires a P-adapter to mount to body.
The following require the use of a P-adapter to mate with the body.
Polaroid Land pack film holder Model 1
Polaroid Land pack film holder Model 2
Polaroid Land pack film holder Model 3

It's been a while... I never know what to post

Here are two from a recent wedding. Both with an SL66, Schneider 12.5cm f/2 lens (at f/2 of course ), and Portra 160.

Direct sun plus film is amazing!!

Sidebar: both are with the same roll, the first is underexposed two stops, the second overexposed three. Vive le film!!

that's a large format lens, no? do you have to modify it at all to put it on the SL66?

Thanks!! The SL66 has a focal plane shutter AND bellows, so basically you can slap any lens ever made (as long as the flange/register whatever the heck it's called is long enough). I have friends in LA that are crazy tinkerers so they put on the rollei mount for me. It also mounts (and focuses!) on a speed graphic (but just overs an instant film, barely).

So it's the medium format A7r? Haha. That bride definitely looks like she likes to model when she's not getting married.

Here's one from Big Sur…

sweet! the SL66 always looked good to me, they seem hard to find in at reasonable prices in good shape though.

I am again (on and off) lusting after a leica cl for an intro into leica land. I love rangefinders and I like small (I have various fixed lens rangefinders). What to do, what to do. Maybe a new scanner will cure the craving for the time being.

I would like to, however, film does not earn me money so I have to go cheap (as opposed to digital, which earns me money. Film is for pleasure). CL appears to be the cheapest jump into Leica.

Jon, you're overlooking a key Leica option: Barnack. Besides being cheaper on average, they are delightful to use and closer to the original spirit of the camera. I have both M4 and IIIb, and would never give up either. With IIIb (1939) and Elmar 50/3.5 (postwar):

Get a Nikon RF then.

Leica isn't for you if you can't afford it. Sorry. I tried to play the same game, it just left me sad. I am happy to have had 2 years shooting a Leica RF, but now I have the lenses I want and don't have to look at a 4k chunk of metal and glass and wonder if it would be better.

Nikon RFs are nice and I like their lenses better than classic Leica lenses. Sure I like Leica's current stuff better, but that's out of the question financially I suppose. You can get a decent S2 and 50/1.4 for around CL + any cheap lens money.

Leica lenses are a store of value though. If you can afford to invest, you can use what you want and not worry too much about getting that back. There's some risk to that, of course.

how does everyone know how to shoot film! I don't understand what to do! I feel as if it is not going to appear, unless I can see instantly! The agonizing torture! Ok, so, I will load the 120, use my external light meter, cock it, and shoot, until it is no longer, so then, sfter that, the film gets sent off, developed, and the images will appear, or, the negative will, until they scan my image to whatever size i choose!? why do i feel like nothing is going to happen, that no image will appear?! my sole reason to not load 6x6 120, and now my new system soon, 6x7, is that i use the Polaroid for instant gratification, and actually seeing the results! I guess I should know that the image is there, but just cant be digital instant, as I am used too! its so weird, and hard to get the idea down!?
