Katie, very nice. Lovely compositins and tonality (i love the "thats me style" shot. Id print that). How is the ground glass? I have a yashica, also 3.5 lens, but it's almost impossible to see through.
Thanks guys. Corposant (why do I always forget your name. David?) I haven't used NCPS yet. Though I do intend on using home for some slide film. The files fromppi are not very big, maybe 4-5 mb. But I shoot a lot of film, so I'd rather pay less for great smaller scans and if I ever need to printing, I could always rescan.
Edward, some are underexposed (especially the ones inside, and a few of the haircutting ones). I use a handheld meter, but I wanted to be more involved in the celebration and less involved with photos, so I just metered in the beginning and put it away. Right after I took those hair cutting shots I realized that I should have given an extra stop (especially as I was trying to shoot at box speed, instead of slightly overexposing as I usually do), but portra handles the under exposure very nicely.
Alwang, thanks! I shot a lot more freely than I'm used to and I really like the results. I shot around 190 frames and had around 175 keepers. Hnestly the contax handles very similarly to a 35mm camera. It's much easier to be spontaneous with it (especially with portra) than with other setups. And yes, the portra colors are fantastic. If all I could use was portra 160 and 400 I'd be very happy (well I'd miss the faster black and whites...)
Loving Goodwill lately. My wife found me a perfectly good canon t50 with 50 1.8 lens. $5.99 - Great! Replaces the 50 1.8 I left at Zion Lodge a year and a half ago and have an easy full AE cameral to play with as well.

Keeper rate with my Pentax 6x7 is still quite low, but when it works out, I'm liking the results. This one with the 105 2.4 and Porta 400:
The lovely old Autocord is small, light, but a bit cumbersome for me to use (I can't focus well on ground glass - that whole backwards thing throws me - also, using a separate light meter is just another step...). Images are really nice, but seriously, nothing compares to the Mamiya 7. It's in a whole other class...
Ken - what do you think of the Arista film? I've heard of this new Adox film - silver rich, right? Do you know the price point? I'm curious...

@katie: I love my autocord but recently found out that the fuji rangefinder is better suited for me. How do you like it against your Mamiya?
Film news: There's a new Rolleiflex TLR at Photokina. There's a new b&w film from Adox.
