A few from the second roll through the Vivitar. There are some better labs in Portland but the one I go to is close and I've followed one of the employee's through a series of now closed camera stores since 2010. I only use them for C-41 and most of the time the negatives are fine but there's one tech that tends to leave water spots and dust. I can't complain because most of the time, they do them for free.
It also adds to the cheap plastic camera charm.

P.S. There were 39 exposures on this roll.

Very bright and colorful!

Your water spots comment caught my attention. At least three of the spots in the upper left visible in the blue sky are in exactly the same place in several pictures. (I don't see them against any other color.) The consistent location suggests they are coming from your scanner. I don't see how that could happen in a normal development process.

Just an observation. They do add to the charm of the pics!

Thanks! Guess it's time to clean the Sony's sensor.

Apologies to the guys at the lab because my sensor was covered in gunk. There was plenty of dust and some drops from an aerosol can. Thanks to @jimmuller for putting me on the correct path.
Here are some that I scanned this morning.
