I thought the Chevelle had a beak shaped front end, but it had both beak and square. It reminded me of the Ford Gran Torino from Starsky & Hutch

Among other things, tracked winches like this one are used in logging operations to support heavy machinery (like the harvesters behind it) on steep slopes. The blade is lowered and dug into the ground to create a stable anchor point.
