Little mix I was finishing a recent roll, I think these are either Ektar 100 or Porta 160. Not the right roll for the indoor environment. I'll have to go back with some 800 so I can memorialize these guys by their old gunships.

The last time I used a TLR, Catherine Bach was making Daisy Duke's part of the American lexicon and Jimmy Carter was President. That changed when a Yashica D arrived. I have owned a number of medium format cameras but never a TLR. I was talking myself out of buying a Rolleiflex but wanted to test the waters. The D is the last of the knob winders and is a pretty simple camera. It could use a bit of service and I have a Oleson Bright Screen on order.
I was worried about focusing with my poor vision but it was less of a problem than I expected. Also, I'm trying to use up the last of the Rodinal so I can switch to Bellini RDL. These were done in a 1:25 dilution. Ilford recommends six minutes, Adox listed eight. Next rolls will be done with the Ilford times.
Alpenrose Dairy operated in Southwest Portland for more than a century. In addition to the dairy, there were ball fields, an opera house a theatre. There was a cyclodrome abd regual bicycle races. They also hosted the Girls Little League World Series for a number of years. After some family drama and a few rounds of litigation, the property was sold for development. They are currently preparing the grounds for 160 new housing units. These are of the old processing plant:
Alpenrose Dairy, Yashica Dairy, HP-5+, Rodinal
Overall, I like the camera a lot. After exposing the two rolls I started out with, I went back home for more film. I'll post a few more later.
Switched to the six minute development Ilford recommends for HP-5+ in Rodinal. The negatives were much better but many needed a boost in contrast and very few without any manipulation. It was a bright, sunny morning and I have a UV filter but no hood. Images taken in the shade were much better and I suspect the sixty year old lens has a fair amount of haze, Where's that challenge youself thread?

Based on a suggestion (and some nice examples) I saw somewhere, I tried HP5+ in Rodinal 1:50 for 11.5 minutes with a 30-second initial agitation and 1 agitation per minute after that. I liked the results, although in 35mm I saw some evidence of bromide drag due to the minimal agitation. I'm going to try this approach on a roll of 120 once I finish shooting it and see how that goes. I may try it in BW&G as well but the stated development times for HP5+ are even longer (15.25 minutes). I usually develop HP5+ in DD-X but it's so expensive that I've been trying alternatives.
