I thought the rule was you have to use a film with no anti halation layer like Cinestill 800 for night time gas station shots?
hehe, true. Ultramax works surprisingly nice pushed 1 stop at night. But in general so far I am not the biggest fan of the daylight shots, even at box speed. Gold and Portra are better, the latter of course way more expensive. Cinestill 400D is also nice.
@BPsmith511: How do you like Kentmere 400 in HC110, especially if pushed to 800? Thinking about getting a 100feet roll of the Kentmere.....

I like it. I almost always push it to 800, if I'm shooting 400 I'd rather shoot Kentmere 100 pushed to 400. I've been tearing through the bulk roll I bought. But I've shot it all the way from 400 to 1600 and it does great in HC110, and HC110 is so easy to work with. I'm going to stick with it.

I bought a used Mamiya Sekor C 35mm super wide lens for my 645 at Robert's Camera in Indianapolis.
Externally it's in great condition and I thought I would enjoy it for many years to come. I took some photos from the front and realized this lens is FUBAR. I have never seen images this bad that are result of a defective lens. I didn't notice it while viewing from the WLF, I should have paid closer attention.
Every photo from this lens is similar. Notice how the center is tack sharp, yet the entire periphery is just plain weird. They said an internal element has shifted, whatever that means.
Robert's is great, I emailed some images and they sent me a return label and will issue a full refund.
