Finished off a roll of Fuji Superia 200 I started two summers ago with the Pentax Super Program. I believe the first six are with the Pentax-M 50/1.7 and the last five are with the Pentax-A 50/1.2.
These were scanned at Walgreens and then edited in LR3:
This is my first roll of the "new" Portra 400 (without any color bias). I'd say it's very light "flexible" - I have some shots that are much more saturated, and some much less. I liked the look here, but need to be more observant in the future regarding ambient light.
Simon, I see you have a Planar 135! I just got a very nice deal on one. Can you share your impressions of it? Maybe an image or two? It would be greatly appreciated
Thrice - cool it is a really fantastic lens. If you have the T coated version, well you know already it will have that Zeissy look, otherwise it is still excellent. Very sharp wide open assuming you can get something in focus as DOF is narrow. I have never had problems with flare with my non-T version. Colours are vintage-style, it is really nice for BW. The only problem is lack of coverage, which is why I now use a 135mm Sironar-S for architecture (now that is an incredible lens!).
I will post some stuff from it shortly, just did a magazine shoot with it, otherwise the shot 2nd from top was using it on this...
